Careers

Pages about occupations, skills, career paths, qualifications and sectors, built from the adverts on this platform rather than from generic careers writing. Where the evidence is thin, the page says so.

Find an occupation

Occupations follow the international standard classification, which lets Zimbabwean adverts be compared with figures published elsewhere.

Skills employers name most often

A skill appears here only when an advert writes it down. Skills employers assume without stating them are invisible.

Sectors

Studying now, or finishing soon?

Which programme actually leads to a workplace is a separate question from which occupation is advertised most. There are two separate sections that answer it, one for students who need a place of attachment and one for graduates looking for a first post, and each answers for its own group alone.
