These figures are sample data. The platform is live and every rating you write is stored and counted, but the ratings already here were generated so that the pages could be built and read. Nothing here describes a real employer yet.

Why your rating matters

In Zimbabwe you usually find out what an employer is really like on your first payday, or worse, six months in. The only people who know before that are the people already inside, and until now there was nowhere for them to say so safely.

You are never named. You are given a two word handle the moment you press send, and your name is not stored beside your answers. An employer reading their own page cannot work out who wrote what.

Rate an employer

You may rate any employer once every six months, so an index moves with the place and not with one bad Monday.
Your name is never shown. Ratings appear under a two word handle.
Comments are read by a filter before they appear. Swearing, links, telephone numbers and attacks on named individuals are refused.
The overall index is the plain average of the eight dimension scores, so no single question quietly decides the ranking.
An employer needs five ratings before any figure is published, and fifteen before it may stand in the ranking.
Only the top ten are ranked in public. Nobody is published as the worst employer in Zimbabwe on the strength of a website.
