Key Responsibilities
- The consultant will assess progress towards strategic objectives and outcomes, review the relevance and effectiveness of WALPE's programming, identify emerging challenges and opportunities, facilitate stakeholder consultations and produce a review report with practical, evidence-based recommendations.
Requirements
- Applicants should have relevant qualifications in strategic planning, organisational development, gender and development studies, or monitoring and evaluation; proven experience in strategic reviews or evaluations; strong knowledge of gender equality and women's rights; and excellent research, analytical and report-writing skills. Experience with civil society or women's rights organisations is an advantage.
