About the role

We are looking for a Sales Professional who is highly motivated, a good communicator and isn't afraid to build relationships and close deals. Your primary goal will be to promote and sell our Drone training programs and service offerings, generate leads, and convert them into customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively prospect for new students and service clients via calls, social media, and field visits.
  • Explain our training courses and services to potential clients and match them to their needs.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients to generate referrals.
  • Provide feedback to management on market trends and customer objections.

Requirements

  • Experience: Proven track record in sales (minimum 2 years).
  • Qualifications: Certificate / Diploma / Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business or related industries.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Able to use CRM platforms and proficient in social media digital skills
  • Attitude: Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work with minimal supervision..
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
