About the role
The EasyGo Manager will provide strategic direction and leadership to EasyGo Car Hire and Travel, ensuring profitability and continuity of the Car Hire and Driver Training Units.
The incumbent will oversee policy implementation, operational excellence and sustainable growth in line with CMED's corporate objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and implement business growth strategies.
- Oversee budgeting, cost control and financial management.
- Ensure quality service delivery, compliance and vehicle maintenance.
- Lead marketing, public relations and stakeholder engagement.
- Supervise staff and manage performance.
- Strengthen brand reputation through exhibitions, events and corporate social responsibility initiatives.
Requirements
- Relevant degree in Business Administration, Management, Transport or a related field.
- Postgraduate qualification in a relevant field.
- Membership of a professional body.
- Minimum five years of experience, including at least three years in the transport or service industries.
- Strong financial management, risk assessment and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proven leadership and profitability management experience.
