- Oversee proper transfer of stocks from Production to Shipping
- Ensure complete verification of documents and received quantities
- Mapping & allocating space for production and handing over of stocks
- Reconciliation of stock receipts from production and SAP entries
- Physical stock count daily & shift hand over
- Physical breakages checking and accumulation for drainage
- Clearing of un-dispatched pending invoices
- Sharing of reconciliation reports with management
- Manage & organise stock
- Oversee daily inventory counts
- Own transfer of stocks from Production to Shipping
- Verification of documents and received quantities
- Mapping & allocating space for production FG
- Reconciliation of stock receipts from production and SAP entries
- Physical breakages checking and accumulation for drainage
