- Job Description
- Acquire new business and expand revenue within existing accounts through cross-selling and upselling
- Develop and execute sales strategies, account plans, and sales pitches tailored to client needs
- Identify growth opportunities through prospecting and opportunity assessment
- Present and negotiate new business deals, from initial client engagement through to deal closure
- Position the company as a Managed Services Provider and promote Cloud, Cybersecurity, and AI solutions
- Maintain and update the sales/customer database to ensure accurate pipeline tracking
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends, feeding insights into sales strategy
- Act as the main point of contact for key accounts, resolving customer queries and complaints promptly
- Collaborate with Finance, Technical, and Customer Experience teams to ensure client satisfaction
- Develop and deliver product/service presentations to current and prospective clients
- Support product development through market research and feedback on new offerings
