Requirements

- Minimum 2 years' experience in microfinance, banking, insurance, or financial services sales (added advantage).
- Strong selling, negotiation, networking, and closing skills.
- Good knowledge of the local market in the town applied for.
- Self-driven, resilient, and results-oriented.
