Key Responsibilities

• Handle event and venue bookings, enquires and confirmations (corporate events, private functions, social events and leisure activities).
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to calls, emails, WhatsApp messages and walk-ins in a professional and friendly manner.
• Maintain accurate booking records, event details and client information on the system and in physical files.
• Coordinate with the events and operations team to ensure seamless planning and delivery of confirmed events and services.
• Share event and venue information, including packages, pricing, availability and special offers.
• Manage cancellations, changes and rescheduling requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly booking reports and assist with administrative tasks as required.

Requirements

• Diploma or Certificate in Hospitality, Tourism, Events Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• 1-2 years' experience in a reservation or customer service role (events, leisure or service industry is an added advantage).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and event booking systems is an added advantage.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team.
