About the role
- The incumbent will be reporting to the Marketing and Corporate Communications Manager and will be responsible for the following among other duties;
- Support the development and execution of data-driven digital marketing strategies across the entire Zimpost network.
- Design high-impact marketing collateral including social media creatives, digital adverts, banners, posters, emailers, presentations, and basic motion assets for Zimpost.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and external partners on campaign execution.
- Maintain a current digital catalogue of products and services with names, specifications, pricing, applications, and approved images.
- Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance and KPls.
- Support the set-up and execution of paid campaigns.
- Gather market intelligence on demand, pricing, competitor activity, and unmet customer needs.
- Support marketing and sales initiatives through targeted digital and visual campaigns.
- Ensure all visual content aligns with brand guidelines and maintains visual consistency.
