Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and prepare daily breakfast, lunch and dinner
  • Prepare local, continental and Indian dishes
  • Tailor nutritious meals to the family's preferences and dietary needs
  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness and high hygiene standards
  • Shop for groceries, monitor stock and minimise food waste
  • Cater for small family events and guests when required

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Chef, Cook or similar role
  • Ability to prepare low-calorie, high-protein and balanced meals
  • Knowledge of different cooking methods and cuisines
  • Indian cuisine experience (curries, biryani, chapati) is an added advantage
  • Ability to follow dietary requirements and family preferences
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Trustworthy, clean, professional and able to work independently
