Key Responsibilities
- Deliver structured swimming lessons from water confidence to competitive swimming.
- Maintain high standards of water safety, hygiene and learner supervision.
- Track learner progress and prepare swimmers for school and national galas.
- Maintain swimming facilities and equipment.
- Work with teaching staff and uphold the school's safeguarding policy.
Requirements
- Recognised swimming coaching qualification from Zimbabwe Aquatic Union, ZASA, STA or equivalent.
- Two to three years' experience coaching ECD and primary-school learners.
- Valid First Aid and CPR certificate.
- Patient, energetic and professional, with a passion for working with children.
