Requirements
- Certificate in Food and Beverage Preparation, Tourism and Hospitality, or a related field.
- Knowledge of the Parks Estate environment.
- Proven hotel and catering industry experience.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional, mature, collaborative attitude and physical fitness.
