Btl Supervisor

Our client in the FMCG sector is seeking a dynamic and energetic BTL Supervisor to drive in-market visibility, brand awareness, and below-the-line marketing activities for its personal care portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing impactful activations, managing promotions, and ensuring strong brand presence across the market.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute below-the-line marketing activities, including roadshows, in-store activations, product sampling campaigns, and promotional events.
• Roll out trade and consumer promotions in line with approved marketing plans and business objectives.
• Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate promoters to ensure effective campaign execution.
• Monitor and evaluate promotional activities, tracking sales uplift, costs, and overall return on investment.
• Identify, secure, and manage participation in relevant events, exhibitions, sponsorships, and community engagement initiatives.
• Oversee the installation, maintenance, and visibility of outlet signage, branding materials, and point-of-sale (POS) displays.
• Conduct regular market visits and branding audits to ensure compliance with brand standards and merchandising guidelines.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in marketing, trade marketing, or a related role.
• Experience within the FMCG industry, preferably in the personal care category.
• Fluent in English and Shona.
• Willingness to travel extensively and work weekends when required.
• Demonstrated ability to manage promoters, promotional stock, and marketing budgets effectively.
