Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Geology or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum 12 years' experience in a senior management role in the mining sector, with a strong track record of operational and strategic leadership.
- Excellent business acumen, stakeholder management and strategic planning skills.
