About the role

The Zimbabwe Stock Exchange Holdings (ZSE Holdings) is an investment holding company. Its subsidiaries include the Zimbabwe Stock Exchange (ZSE), the Victoria Falls Stock Exchange (VFEX), which are licensed securities exchanges in Zimbabwe, and Zimbabwe Entrepreneurship Exchange (ZEEX). The company is evolving and extending its service offering, through the addition of new products and services that include:

  • Mobile trading platforms (ZSE Direct and VFEX Direct)
  • Market Data Services (Data Direct)
  • Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs)
  • Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs)
  • Depository Receipts (DRs)

Key Responsibilities

  • Help managers recruit well, manage performance, handle employee-relations issues, maintain sound people processes, manage administration issues and build accountability without creating unnecessary bureaucracy.
  • Operate as a lean strategic partner to the Group CEO and management team and coordinate specialist or outsourced support where needed.

Requirements

  • A relevant HR/Industrial Psychology degree, IPMZ certification and at least five years' experience are required.
  • Strong industrial-relations and performance-management capability is essential.
  • Selection will include a practical case study.
