Key Responsibilities
- Manage all HR functions - including recruitment, learning & development, internal communication, compensation & benefits, performance management, talent management, leave, disciplinary matters, disputes, investigations and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations and best practices; review and update policies and procedures.
- Lead the development of HR strategy, practices and processes.
- Manage relations with local authorities and act as management's representative with them.
- Champion employer branding, positive work environment and internal communication.
- Participate in SHEQ and CSR.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- A minimum of 6 years' experience in HR, with at least 3 years at managerial level within the hospitality sector.
- Strong leadership, coaching and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Organisational and time management skills.
- Fluent in English.
