Key Responsibilities
- Operate plant machinery as directed by the Plant Supervisor.
- Monitor equipment and production processes to support efficient plant operations.
- Report operational issues to the Plant Supervisor.
- Support functions of production targets, raw materials handling, routine maintenance, and housekeeping.
- Maintain safety and quality standards.
- Do any other duties as directed by the Plant Supervisor.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 'O' Level passes including Maths and English.
- A National Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical or Production Engineering, or a related field.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use production-related systems.
- A minimum of two (2) years relevant working experience in a manufacturing, production, or industrial environment.
