Project Manager

Our client, a reputable construction company, is seeking a skilled and results-driven Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution and successful delivery of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget and to the required quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and manage the end-to-end delivery of construction projects.
• Lead and supervise site teams, contractors and subcontractors to ensure efficient project execution.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, resources and progress, ensuring timely completion.
• Ensure compliance with quality, health, safety, environmental and statutory requirements.
• Manage client, consultant and stakeholder relationships, providing regular project updates and resolving issues.
• Identify project risks and implement effective solutions.
• Prepare and submit project reports, including financial, technical and progress reports.

Requirements

• A degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.
• 4 - 8 years of relevant experience in construction project management.
• Proven experience managing construction projects from planning to completion.
• Knowledge of project management frameworks (e.g. PMI, PRINCE2) is an advantage.
• Registration with a relevant professional body (e.g. ZIE) is an added advantage.
