  • Swimmable Cities is looking for a motivated, independent and energetic Project Coordinator (Communications) to support its growing international movement.
  • Job Title: Project Coordinator (Communications)
  • Job Location: Anywhere in the world (Remote)

  • Work Format: Remote | 1-2 days/week
  • The role is suited to someone passionate about swimmability as a catalyst for urban liveability, climate resilience and healthier cities , with skills in communications, social media, events and project management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead social media content and management across Instagram, LinkedIn and Facebook .
  • Support alliance-building, including new signatories, seasonal events and newsletters .
  • Contribute to communications and event planning for the Swimmable Cities Summit 2027 .

Requirements

  • English and French writing skills.
  • Marketing experience.
  • Visual communications/graphic design experience.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Social media experience.
  • A passion for the Swimmable Cities movement.
  • The ability to work effectively across different time zones.
